Cadiz Motel by OYO on route 250

This is a no frills location. However i still consider it a 10 on location, cleanliness, friendliness.

Their hotel office closed at 6pm. I specifically stated on the app that we were going to arrive before 10pm. Early office closing hours were not listed, or we would not have chosen the property. My partner is diabetic, and needed her meds immediately and we were stuck. I called OYO management and they also were unable to make connection with hotel staff. It was only after we made the decision to change (and pay for) another hotel, did the staff contact me via cell. She was apologetic and also professional in how she handled the situation, but because we had a medical issue to attend to, we had to cancel.
